This place is supposed to be a 24 hour location. I’m a truck driver and pass this Wendy’s everyday and normally try to stop two or three times a week. The problem is they close at least once or twice a week. I’m no longer stopping here because of that. It takes a lot to get off the interstate and park a semi only to figure out the 24 hour Wendy’s is closed smh. You’ve lost my business and my $30-$40 dollars a week.
Brenda which was the lady working the drive-thru has been rude to me ever since the first time I've visit this location. Once I actually ordered a large coffee and received a small when I question what happened to my large coffee she told me they didn't have large cups so she gave me two small cups of coffee. The food at this location is less than desirable. Unless your car broke down right in front of there store and no other place was open and you haven't eaten in 2 days than I wouldn't recommend this place to eat.
Slow ... very slow and every employee (even the manager) was an idiot....giving a 1 because I can't give a 0
This was the Wendy's experience to end all future Wendy's experiences. The travel center ones seem to be bad, and this was the worst. 30 minutes to get our food. Got to watch them complain and bicker at each other behind the counter. Witnessed questionable cleanliness I from staff. Lobby was disgusting with trash everywhere, and no ketchup. To top it off all of the food is cold and the fries are stale, but we're already on the road, so we're stuck with it. Vowing to never eat at a Wendy's again and praying we don't get sick!
Quick, friendly, cheap and clean. That's all anyone could ask for from a fast food joint. Well done
